Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced AV/VTC Installation Technician to join our field team in Torrance, CA. You will install and configure commercial AV systems, troubleshoot on-site, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-profile videoconferencing solutions.

You’ll work hands-on installing cabling, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and professionalism on every site. Strong experience with Crestron/Extron/AMX and major vendors is required, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience installing commercial AV systems.
• Strong experience pulling, terminating, and testing AV cabling.
• Experience working with major AV manufacturers and control systems.
• Knowledge of commercial videoconferencing technologies.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
