Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks an AV Systems Administrator to maintain and support our AV infrastructure, ensuring conferencing systems are operational and users are well-trained. The position is based at our HQ but may involve travel to other sites.

You will provide executive-level white-glove support for AV and IT issues, oversee AV infrastructure across conference rooms, All-Hands spaces, and training rooms, design and install AV solutions for various workspaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in AV system administration and conferencing tools.
• Familiar with AV equipment and control systems (Crestron, QSYS, etc.).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, AWS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with physical LV/AV installations.
• Experience managing contractors for events or projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Anduril’s AV infrastructure, ensuring conferencing systems are operational and users are trained.
• Provide executive-level white-glove support for AV and IT issues.
• Oversee AV infrastructure across conference rooms, All-Hands spaces, and training rooms.
• Keep systems updated with latest OS, software, and apps for availability during business hours.
• Support AV events from podcasts to large conferences.
• Design and install AV systems using a standard concept across spaces.
• Coordinate new office, production floors, warehouses, and spaces requiring AV installations.
• Maintain operability of meeting spaces and deliver swift resolutions to issues.
• Address hardware, software, network, and service interruptions.
• Assist end-users with AV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors or internal teams as required.
• Be available for weekly on-call duties; travel up to 30% as needed.
