DLH Corporation is seeking an experienced Audio/Video Support Technician (L1) to provide technical leadership, Tier III problem resolution, and end-to-end deployment support for our Federal customer in Bethesda, MD.

The role requires coordinating with Facilities, IT, procurement, and external vendors while delivering excellent customer service to diverse audiences including scientific leadership and executive management.

Competenze

• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years IT or related experience and 1 relevant certification.
• Experience with multiple AV platforms and hardware (DSP, routing, AV controls).
• Experience using ITSM ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow).
• Strong customer service and AV support skills, including VIP/executive support.
• Experience managing customer/vendor expectations and corrective actions.
• Provide daily onsite support at Bethesda/Rockville, MD locations.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Mansioni

• Provide technical guidance on configuration and maintenance of AV solutions.
• Offer 1st–3rd line diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair to prevent outages.
• Assess issue severity and escalate when needed to specialized teams.
• Provide AV support during events, including planning and training.
• Draft and revise customer documentation, SOPs, and system checklists.
• Train customers on AV operation and best practices.
• Oversee AV vendors, scheduling, punch lists, and service quality reports.
• Maintain AV inventory and plan lifecycle; suggest improvements.
• Provide VIP AV and user support.
• Configure AV components for secure operation; manage updates.
• Support NIH teleconference/VoIP tools (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Triage tickets in IT TS system and ensure closure with customers.
