Job summary
Trident Consulting Inc. is seeking an AV support specialist to service conference rooms and live events in San Francisco. You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and user support for Google Workspace and Meet hardware, ensuring high service quality.

- Ensure smooth operations for onsite events in SF.

- 2-4 years AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or similar technical support.
- Google Workspace / Google Meet hardware / ChromeOS familiarity.
- Basic AV signal flow: audio, video, control, EDID.
- Cable knowledge: HDMI, USB-C, CAT6.
- Basic networking concepts related to AV.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting conference rooms and live events.
- Able to work onsite in San Francisco.
- Able to lift 20+ lbs.

- Experience with ticketing systems and AV documentation.
