Qualifications

• Experience in desktop/AV support in enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot multiple connection types (Home/Corp).
• Certifications in AV hardware and networking are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Explain networks and connection types to users and troubleshoot.
• Support Crestron/Fusion at server and application layers.
• Work with Microsoft/Lenovo/HP/Dell/Apple hardware in enterprise setting.
