Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Design and Integration
   • Integrate state-of-the-art audio and video hardware, codecs, cameras, microphones, and control systems into meeting spaces.
   • Ensure seamless compatibility and interoperability with various conferencing platforms and technologies.
2. Technical Expertise
   • Possess in-depth knowledge of industry-leading AV conferencing systems and software.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues promptly, minimizing disruptions.
   • Help build/troubleshoot APIs for video conference systems to integrate with Zoom
   • Coordinate with AV companies to install rooms and follow up with documentation and support
3. Quality Assurance
   • Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of AV systems.
   • Perform regular maintenance and proactive monitoring to preempt technical challenges.
4. Project Management
   • Lead AV integration projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
   • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
5. Client Support
   • Deliver exceptional technical support to internal stakeholders, addressing AV-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
   • Provide training and guidance to end-users for effective system utilization.
6. Documentation
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of AV system configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
   • Develop user-friendly guides and manuals for internal teams.
7. Qualifications
   • 10 years of experience in AV system design, integration, and maintenance.
   • Proficiency in AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron) and video conferencing platforms (e.g., TEAMs, Zoom).
   • Strong familiarity with networking protocols and infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills: Audio Video.Experience: 8-10 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
