Job summary

Radiant Technology is seeking an AV Support Engineer to join our Engineering team, focusing on supported AV environments and providing expert troubleshooting and rapid response for client systems.

The role requires diagnosing complex integrated systems, clear client communication, and documenting work while coordinating with Support, Engineering, and Project Management. On-site travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing, commissioning, supporting, or troubleshooting professional Audio-Visual systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues based on client impact and urgency.
• Ability to work independently while recognizing when escalation is appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for AV support tickets and escalations.
• Troubleshoot AV systems remotely and onsite (audio, video, control, conferencing, USB, networking).
• Provide meeting and event support for client environments, including executive spaces.
• Verify system readiness before critical meetings and test all room technologies.
• Escalate issues to senior resources when needed.
• Maintain detailed ticket documentation and knowledge base contributions.
