Job summary

Daisy is seeking an AV Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support audio, visual, controls, and security equipment at residential and commercial sites. Our Lead Technicians interact with clients, representing the Daisy brand and building trusted relationships through thoughtful technology deployments.

The role requires problem-solving, blueprint reading, and travel to job sites. A high school diploma, 1–3 years of AV/Networking experience, and a valid Indiana driver’s license are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of AV/Networking /Technology Integration Experience.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes.
• Exhibits strong management and leadership skills; capable of leading and motivating others.
• Can pass a drug screen and background check.
• Possess a valid Indiana driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle.
• Able to independently lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specifications, and operational/product manuals.
• Manage all aspects of support including end-user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues.
• Collaborate on problem-solving in installation standards and provide challenges and successes during weekly team meetings.
• Travels to various job sites; uses hand and power tools safely; maintains company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Interact with builders and other industry professionals.
• Communicate every day with the project manager about the progress of the project.
