Job summary

A leading smart space installation company in Indianapolis is seeking an AV Service Technician to troubleshoot audio, visual, and security equipment in residential and commercial locations. The ideal candidate will have AV/Networking experience and be motivated to learn new technologies. Strong management skills and a valid Indiana driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of AV/Networking /Technology Integration Experience required.
• Can pass a drug screen and background check.
• Possess a valid Indiana driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Solve and troubleshoot audio, visual, and security equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and operational manuals.
• Collaborate on problem-solving in installation standards.

Skills

Schedule/Expected Work Hours:

Job Summary

We seek an AV Service Technician to solve and troubleshoot audio, visual, controls, and security equipment in residential and commercial locations. Our Lead Technicians regularly interact with clients while representing the Daisy brand and develop trusted relationships, helping to enhance their lives through technology.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specifications, and operational/product manuals.
• Manage all aspects of support including end-user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues.
• Collaborate on problem-solving in both installation standards and provide challenges and successes during weekly team meetings.
• Travels to various job sites; uses hand and power tools safely; maintains company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicle
• In addition to clients, interact with builders and other industry professionals.
• Communicate every day with the project manager about the progress of the project.
