Job summary

Bridges System Integration (Bridges SI) seeks a dedicated Service Technician to join our Service Team. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize AV/VTC systems, perform on-site surveys, and deliver hands‑on end‑user training to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in System Integration, AV/VTC installation, or on‑site technical support.
• CTS certification preferred (or equivalent industry credential).
• Completion of manufacturer training from AMX, Crestron, Barco, Biamp, Extron, or QSC.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve AV hardware and software issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform system testing, QA reviews, and site surveys to ensure high-quality installations.
• Support and operate AV and VTC systems, including hands‑on end‑user training.
• Complete AV/IT cable terminations and perform basic network setup.
• Connect and configure devices via IP or serial, including loading and adjusting DSP and control system files.
• Execute audio system setup and advanced video alignment for optimal performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and signal flows.
• Conduct remote and onsite troubleshooting for installed AV systems.
• Deliver clear, effective end‑user training on system functionality and best practices.
