Job summary

Rock The House, a Cleveland-based live event production group, is seeking a Rental Specialist to support customers and partners with AV rental needs. You will build accurate orders, understand application requirements, and pair rentals with the right solutions while balancing current demand.

You will work with customers, vendors, and theatres to understand schedules, budgets, and logistics, create quotes, manage inventory, and help drive repeat business through professional service and attention

Qualifications

• H hands-on background in production, professional audio, AV, or equipment rental.
• Knowledge of AV equipment across audio, video, lighting, and staging.
• Strong customer service, listening, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental and equipment-sales inquiries and own each order through fulfillment.
• Understand equipment needs, schedules, budgets, and logistics with customers and vendors.
• Recommend the right AV rental solution and upsell when appropriate.
• Create complete quotes and orders with all items and notes.
• Coordinate inventory, quality checks, and preparation with warehouse teams.
• Process contracts, payments, and customer records; build repeat business.
