Job summary

Rentex is seeking a Quality Control Technician to monitor and maintain AV equipment in our Las Vegas warehouse. You’ll support the QC department across AV devices, monitors, and client-ready kits, ensuring items are tested, organized, and safe for delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, be expected to lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to weekend demand periods as needed to meet client commitments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic AV equipment and computers.
• Graduation from high school or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Screen kits and packages.
• Maintain all monitors and touchscreens.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Assemble and configure screens for client delivery.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Ensure equipment is presentable and in working condition.
• Forecast workload using inventory software.
• Handle deadlines and plan workflow per client needs.
• Support other departments when needed.
• Follow direction from department leaders.
