Job summary

Sound Associates, Inc. provides audio visual rentals and sales to Broadway theatres and touring houses across North America. The Project Liaison ensures department coordination to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, office management, or a related administrative role.
• Basic computer proficiency, including inventory management software and Excel.
• Some AutoCAD knowledge.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Install Department team to facilitate project workflow.
• Respond to and direct incoming telephone calls and address client concerns as needed.
• Create purchase orders for sales and installations.
• Train on proprietary software - RentMaster / SalesMaster.
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
