Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service area.
• Bi-Lingual capability is a plus.
• At least two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop system design drawings including audiovisual diagrams.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions.
• Manage multiple system design projects successfully.

Skills

InfoComm CTS certification with Advanced CTS-D certification

Proficiency in video network infrastructure commissioning

Knowledge of audiovisual and IT products

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Education

Electrical Engineering Degree

Audio/Visual industry-related technical certifications
