Loyal Source is seeking two Project Managers to support AV integration projects in Chantilly, VA. You will oversee kickoff through closeout, ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

The role requires managing low-voltage, AV, security, or construction-related projects with strong leadership and exceptional communication skills. This is a field-facing position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Project Manager role or similar.
• Experience managing construction, AV integration, low-voltage, security, or technology projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in field environments and outdoor conditions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate project scope, schedules, budgets, and system designs to clients, operations teams, and management.
• Manage projects through all phases, including planning, execution, installation, and closeout.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, staging, job costing, and project documentation.
• Track project schedules, costs, and progress to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Oversee technicians and field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely and accurately.
• Manage customer communications, change orders, progress updates, and project closeout activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Monitor project performance, review timesheets, and support staff development.
• Anticipate challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
