Job summary

Cenero is seeking an Audio-Visual Project Manager to lead client-facing projects, develop objectives, manage risk and coordinate deliverables across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining the budget, schedules, quality controls, and effective communications with stakeholders. The role requires strong PM experience in AV and engineering contexts, plus certifications such as PMP/CTS/OSHA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or 3–5 years related experience.
• Demonstrated technical project management experience in acoustics and AV systems.
• Experience dealing with customers and construction contractors.
• PMP, CTS, OSHA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned project deliverables within the PMO framework.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Verify scope and deliverables meet stakeholder requirements and goals.
• Manage project activities, risks and changes according to plan.
• Lead communications and ensure quality control throughout.
