Qualifications

• Basic audio-visual skills and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Printer/copier experience.
• Office work experience.
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours fall/spring semesters.
• Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AV office and equipment checkouts/returns.
• Assist podcast and video studio scheduling and equipment training.
• Support visitors, students, faculty, and staff; file and organize documents.
• Inventory camera equipment and office supplies; complete errands on campus.
• Provide general support across the department as needed.
