Job summary

Captivate, LLC is seeking an AV Lead Installation Technician to join our Fayetteville, GA team. This full-time field role reports to a Project Manager and involves hands-on installation, cabling, device mounting, and advanced network/configuration work.

The ideal candidate has construction-site experience and a strong focus on Control4 programming, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Projects span Atlanta's southern suburbs and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power and hand tools.
• Stable work history with 3+ years between hops.
• Control4 Programming is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull/terminate/test low-voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron).
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading).
• Build and lace equipment racks.
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices.
• Advanced understanding of networks.
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
• Control4 Programming.
• Client communication, support, and training.

Reporting To: Kevin, Project Manager

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 110 Washington Ave, Fayetteville, GA 30214
• Projects are located in Atlanta (southern suburbs and Lake Oconee area)

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8am-6pm
