In this position, you will troubleshoot issues, assist with setups for events, and maintain software licensing. Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with personal computers, servers, and related technology.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation of PC hardware for end users.
• Troubleshoots basic hardware and software problems for end users.
• Prepares progressive reports for all work performed.

Skills

Networking concepts like TCP/IP

PC hardware and software knowledge

Excellent Guest Service skills

Ability to lift heavy items

Ability to work independently

Education

0-2 years experience in IT or equivalent education

1-2 years experience in a high-paced environment
