The Role

Presidio is seeking an on-site AV Integration Technician responsible for installing displays, projectors, audio systems, control systems, and teleconferencing systems at our Charlotte, NC location. The role involves regional travel and regular visits to client sites.

Travel Requirements

Expected to travel up to 60-80% of the time, including out-of-town/overnight stays. The position is based out of Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities Include

• Onsite installation of AV equipment and systems
• Testing and termination of low voltage cabling
• Assisting with inventory, staging, and testing of hardware
• Communicating with other trades and clients onsite
• Following instructions from Lead Technicians and Project Managers

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in trades or technical industries
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree, or military experience
• At least 3 years in low voltage or AV industry
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work on ladders, and stand for long periods
