Job summary

HK Integrated Systems in the Vancouver, WA area is seeking an experienced Low-Voltage AV Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot integrated systems in homes and workspaces on-site.

The role combines field work with hands-on problem solving, requiring construction-site experience and a Washington 06 Limited Energy Certificate. Earn between $35 and $50 per hour, enjoy a 401k match and generous paid time off as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Washington 06 Limited Energy Certificate.
• Experience on construction sites with cabling work.
• Ability to climb ladders and operate power/hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and on-site problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate and test low-voltage cabling (Cat, fiber, speaker).
• Install and mount devices and build equipment racks.
• Configure advanced device setups and networks.
• Program Lutron, C4, Savant and Crestron systems.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support.

We are seeking an experienced Low-Voltage AV Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot integrated systems in homes and workspaces throughout the surrounding area.

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools.
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
• Install and mount devices

Your Ideal Background/Experience:

• Washington 06 Limited Energy Certificate (License) - required
• Oregon Limited Energy (LEA) License (a plus!)
