Job summary

CITE Solutions is seeking an AV Installation Technician in Naples, FL for full-time in-person work. You will report to Jason, CEO, and Nicole, CFO, and earn $30.00-$40.00 per hour. The role runs Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm at 1040 Collier Center Way, Naples, FL 34110.

You are hands-on, technically inclined and eager to learn, with construction-site experience. Responsibilities include pulling cabling, mounting devices, configuring systems, and troubleshooting networks.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites and field wiring.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle cabling safely.
• Proficient with power tools and hand tools.
• Stable 3-year work history between hops.
• Good communication and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Pull/terminate/test low-voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron).
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires.
• Build and lace equipment racks.
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices.
• Advanced understanding of networks.
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
• Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron).

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 1040 Collier Center Way # 2, Naples, FL 34110

Your Schedule:

• Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
• Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm
