Job summary

Integral Home Technology in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Entry Level Low Voltage Technician to join our in-person team. You will be responsible for pulling and terminating low-voltage cabling, mounting devices, and performing basic network setup in residential and commercial environments.

This full-time role requires hands-on work in the field, a reliable work history, and a willingness to learn. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, with benefits and a structured growth path.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites is required.
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, and use power and hand tools.
• A steady work history and reliable attendance are expected.
• On-site, in-person work in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate and test low-voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron).
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading).
• Build and lace equipment racks.
• Basic setup and configuration of devices.
• Basic understanding of networks.

• Low-Voltage Installation Technician

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Your Schedule:

• Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
• Days Per Week: 4x10 schedule most weeks
