Job summary

A leading Residential AV Integrator in Aspen, Colorado is seeking a professional for a role in residential AV installations. You will install and commission high-end AV systems, including home cinemas and networking solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in AV installations and a solid grasp of networking. The position offers between $25 to $40 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment, including opportunities for travel to exciting project sites.

Salary: $25 – $50 per hour + overtime

Hours: Monday–Friday / 8:30am–5:30pm

The Role

You’ll work on some really impressive residential projects, installing and commissioning high-end systems across home cinemas, lighting, multi-room audio, networking, security, and home automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission residential AV systems.
• Carry out rack builds, network setup/configuration, and cable terminations.
• Install and support Lutron, Crestron, Savant, and Control4 systems.
• Collaborate with in-house programmers and design teams.
• Conduct site handovers, client demonstrations, and ensure technical documentation is accurate.
• Occasionally travel to other U.S. locations and international project sites (e.g., Bahamas, UK).

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential AV installations.
• Strong understanding of networks.
• Experience with Lutron, Crestron, Control4 or Savant preferred.
• Full driving license and passport.
• Positive, professional, and detail-focused attitude.
