Job summary

Create Spaces is seeking an entrepreneurial, sales-driven leader to grow our Audio Visual business in Las Vegas. You’ll join an established company with a solid client base and a small, experienced team, and you’ll have the chance to help build the business, develop a team, and grow into a leadership role as the division expands.

In the first 12–18 months you will develop opportunities, meet customers, and close AV deals, with travel about 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities and close AV business in the early growth phase.
• Meet with customers, build relationships, and expand the existing platform.
• Collaborate with the sales team and internal support to drive deals.
• Help build the AV team and take on increasing responsibility for sales strategy.
• Over time, contribute to staffing, profitability, and overall business performance.
