Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking an AV Fleet Technician to execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across vehicles and autonomous (AV) systems in a shop environment.
You will complete work orders, follow SOPs, and support daily fleet operations to keep vehicles safe and operational, gaining hands‑on experience with AV diagnostics and maintenance workflows while collaborating with seasoned technicians.

The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
About the Role
As an AV Fleet Technician, you will execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across vehicle and autonomous (AV) systems in a shop environment.
You will complete assigned work orders, follow SOPs, and support day-to-day fleet operations to keep vehicles safe and operational. This role provides hands‑on experience with AV systems, diagnostics, and maintenance workflows while working alongside experienced technicians.
