Kodiak is seeking a Fleet Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on vehicles and autonomous systems in a shop setting. The role supports day-to-day fleet operations and hands-on AV work under guidance from senior technicians.
You will complete work orders, perform inspections, and follow SOPs to ensure safety and reliability of the fleet. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

As an Fleet Technician , you will execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across vehicle and autonomous (AV) systems in a shop environment.
You will complete assigned work orders, follow SOPs, and support day-to-day fleet operations to keep vehicles safe and operational. This role provides hands‑on experience with AV systems, diagnostics, and maintenance workflows while working alongside experienced technicians.
