Kodiak in Lancaster, TX is seeking an AV Fleet Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel fleet vehicles and autonomous systems. You will follow SOPs, complete work orders, and document findings while working under experienced technicians.
You will gain hands-on experience with AV sensors, wiring, and system checks, contributing to safe and reliable fleet operations in a fast-paced shop environment.
As an AV Fleet Technician, you will execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across vehicle and autonomous (AV) systems in a shop environment.
You will complete assigned work orders, follow SOPs, and support day-to-day fleet operations to keep vehicles safe and operational. This role provides hands‑on experience with AV systems, diagnostics, and maintenance workflows while working alongside experienced technicians.
You will work hands‑on with vehicles in a structured environment and gain experience with autonomous systems. This role provides the opportunity to build technical skills across diagnostics, maintenance, and AV technology while supporting fleet operations.
