Oasis Luxury Smart Homes is seeking an AV Field Technician in Anaheim, CA, to design, install, and program high-end home automation systems. You’ll work on structured wiring, AV components, and network configurations, collaborating with lead techs and project managers to deliver premium installations for discerning clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with residential AV, low-voltage, and home automation, plus familiarity with Control4, Crestron, Savant, or Josh AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installations.
• Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, Josh AI or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing).
• Experience reading construction drawings and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and program AV and smart-home systems including Control4, Savant, Crestron, and Josh AI.
• Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems.
• Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care.
• Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance.
• Programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms.
• Quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates.

We’re looking for an AV Field Technician to join our Anaheim team—someone with hands‑on experience in smart‑home installation, wiring, and networking, and programming who’s ready to take the next step in their craft. You’ll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to bring high‑end automation systems to life for discerning clients.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential AV, low‑voltage, or home automation installation
• Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, Josh AI or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
• Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics
• Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
