Nationwide Video is seeking an Electronics AV Repair Technician to troubleshoot and repair electronic AV equipment used in events. You will manage spare parts inventory, track repair data, and assist the warehouse as needed.

Work closely with the Service Coordinator and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to prioritize repairs and coordinate with vendors. Responsibilities include troubleshooting to board level, replacing parts, reporting damage, and maintaining repair status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• 1-3 years of experience in performing QC functions on AV products.
• Completed technical courses on AV products.
• High School Diploma.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot electronic AV equipment to board level and determine repair path.
• Replace parts and repair physical damage as needed.
• Track repair status and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator and warehouse teams.
• Communicate repair status to vendors and manufacturers.
• Assist with spare parts distribution and shipping.
