Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an Entry Level Audio-Visual Technician to support live events and large customer-facing meetings, ensuring reliable voice, video, and presentation setups in a variety of venues.

You will work with Cisco video conferencing equipment, ATEM switchers, and multi-camera configurations, with travel up to 15%. The role offers growth in AV practices within a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

1-3 years of AV and conference room equipment support.
Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing units and Blackmagic ATEM.
Able to travel up to 15%.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the AV practice.

Responsibilities

Live Events: entry-level facilitation and execution of live events and large customer-facing meetings, providing for voice, video, and presentation needs in various formats.
Experience with lighting setup/programming, video switching, audio setup/configuration, and LED walls.
Working knowledge of stage deck setup or rigging.
Basic knowledge of video editing (cropping, audio editing, color correction).
Seek opportunities to improve and streamline AV processes.
