Job summary

Lyft is seeking an experienced program manager to own end-to-end AV partner audits, coordinating evidence collection, reviews, and corrective actions across multiple markets. This role requires navigating regulatory and safety standards with cross-functional teams such as EHS, Legal, Safety, and HR.

You'll build scalable audit playbooks, maintain the evidence library, and lead communications with leadership on timelines and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, compliance, quality assurance, or audit-adjacent roles in regulated environments.
• Experience driving structured cross-functional work without formal authority.
• Strong audit/evidence management mechanics: tracking systems, documentation rigor, version control.
• Exposure to AV, automotive, or safety-critical industries preferred.
• Individual contributor role at launch with potential to grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of AV partner audits end-to-end across markets and partners.
• Act as strategic compliance lead within the company for partner readiness.
• Coordinate across EHS, Legal, Safety, HR, IT and Operations for every deliverable; translate requirements into tasks.
• Maintain and improve the audit tracking system and evidence library.
• Identify non-conforming items and track corrective actions to closure.
• Lead logistics for audits including document readiness and staff interviews.
• Create repeatable playbooks to accelerate new markets' audits.
