Captivate, LLC is seeking an AV Assistant Project Manager to provide administrative and operational support to Lelch's Project Management team in Minnetonka, MN. This full-time, onsite role reports to Nick, Senior Project Manager, with a 40-hour work week and standard CST hours.

You bring a steady work history, strong written and verbal communication, high EQ, organization, and a tech-savvy mindset. You will track jobs, schedule tasks, review proposals, manage change orders, and generate weekly

• Change Orders: Process, track, and distribute

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 / year

Description

The Assistant Project Manager provides administrative and operational support to Lelch's Project Management team.

You Are:

You Have:

• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ, timely follow-up, excellent written and verbal.

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST)
