Extron Application Engineers provide tier two support for Extron products and technologies, interfacing with customers by phone and email to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to assist the sales team as a technical advisor for product applications and system design.

Qualified candidates will have a BSEE/BSCE degree or similar, the ability to present clearly

Qualifications

• BSEE/BSCE degree or similar.
• Ability to present clearly to small and large groups.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Extron products and technologies.
• Identify solutions for technical support scenarios, product selection and system design for audio visual system applications.
• Assist customers by providing technical information and support for Extron products and technologies.
