Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quonset, RI is hiring an Electronics Technician to join the Dive-XL team, building advanced subsea robotics hardware and assemblies for AUVs. The role involves hands-on wiring, PCBAs, and integration in a multidisciplinary environment near the ocean edge.

You will fabricate complex wire harnesses, solder electronics, and load firmware, supporting scalable production and new tooling. A strong detail orientation, documentation discipline, and readiness for offshore travel are

Qualifications

• Solid background in electronics working in relevant fields (Robotics, Defense, Avionics)
• Capable of detailed electro-mechanical assembly with tight tolerances
• Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and concepts
• Understanding of the manufacturing life cycle
• Experience reading electrical schematics and engineering drawings
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Fabricate wire harnesses, solder electronic modules (including PCBAs), and modify COTS components
• Assemble, test, and integrate electrical assemblies into Anduril's AUVs
• Flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices
• Design and scale manufacturing jigs and fixtures to improve build/test efficiency
• Follow detailed electrical/mfg documentation to build to specifications
• Support pressure vessel production processes and tool/equipment management
