Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Car Electronics Installer to fit new tech into customers’ vehicles in the store’s installation bay. You’ll share advice, best practices and product recommendations with customers and colleagues, and pursue trainings and certifications to perform at an expert level.

Internally this role is known as an Autotech Agent, with clear opportunities to advance to Autotech Agent Level 2 as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver's license.
• Driving record meets Best Buy safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install car electronics (stereos, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, etc.)
• Use guides to identify compatible products and complete installations
• Verify vehicle make/model and communicate compatibility concerns
• Provide high level customer service
• Complete required trainings and certifications
