Best Buy Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Car Electronics Installer (Autotech Agent) to install car electronics in the installation bay and share advice, best practices and product recommendations with customers and colleagues. The company provides trainings and certifications to perform at an expert level, with opportunities to advance to Autotech Agent Level 2.

You will verify vehicle make and model before installation, communicate any compatibility concerns, and deliver a high level of customer

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy’s safety standards (e.g., minimal violations/accidents).

Responsibilities

• Install car electronics, including T-harness remote starts, stereos, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers and in-dash units.
• Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects.
• Verify vehicle make and model and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installation.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
