Job summary

Exol is seeking an AutoStore Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse activities supporting the AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system. You will provide hands-on leadership to warehouse associates, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inventory movement, order fulfillment, and system performance.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations and experience with automated systems; AutoStore experience is preferred. Travel and on-site presence at client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems; AutoStore preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse associates, upholding safety.
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, set priorities.
• Oversee AutoStore activities: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing.
• Monitor AutoStore performance and material flow; flag issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, IT, and Ops to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within AutoStore.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, packed, and shipped.
• Support replenishment and maintain stock availability.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Track KPIs with Excel and reporting tools.
• Propose process improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Escalate issues to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
