Job summary

Exol in Georgia is seeking an AutoStore Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse activities supporting the AutoStore system. You will lead floor teams, ensure safe inventory movement, and optimize order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, coordinating with maintenance and IT, and driving improvements in productivity and accuracy using Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics or material handling.
• Leadership, supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems.
• AutoStore experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven warehouse environment.

• Oversee AutoStore activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Monitor AutoStore system performance and material flow to identify issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, IT and other teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper product movement within AutoStore.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, packed and prepared for shipment.
• Support replenishment activities and maintain inventory availability.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and use Excel/reporting tools to track productivity, quality and system performance.
• Identify process improvements to increase safety, quality, productivity, throughput and system utilization.
• Escalate equipment, system, safety and operational issues to leadership.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and communicate operational priorities.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper product movement within the AutoStore system.

• Support replenishment activities and maintain proper inventory availability.

• Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and automation safety protocols.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material‑handling experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Experience working with automated warehouse systems.
• AutoStore experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven warehouse environment.

Our Environment

Travel could be up to 10% of the time. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi‑weekly basis. This is an in‑warehouse role; you’ll spend time on the floor as well as in the office. Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands. Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc).
