Job summary

Overland AI in Seattle is offering software engineering internships for Summer 2027. Interns will tackle real, open-ended problems under a mentor and collaborate with teams across Mission Autonomy, Perception/ML, Platforms, Behaviors and Planning, and C2 interfaces.

Roles are onsite at Seattle and require focus, speed, and eagerness to learn. You will work full-time for 10–14 consecutive weeks, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship, competitive pay by academic level, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, CE, EE, robotics or similar STEM field.
• Experience with Python, C++, or Rust at project level.
• Strong fundamentals and hands-on engineering experience through internships or projects.
• Ability to manage a complex technical project and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Work on open-ended software problems with a mentor across teams.
• Contribute to mission autonomy, perception/ML, platforms, or C2 interfaces.
