DCS Corporation in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Mid-level Software Integration/Test Engineer to support our Aerospace Technology Development team. The role focuses on testing autonomy and autonomous control systems for air platforms, integrating capabilities across maneuvering, communications, sensing, UI design, and performance evaluation.

The position requires US citizenship, ability to obtain Secret DoD clearance, and a BS in a related field with programming experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to government work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline with programming experience.
• 8 years of related experience or a master’s degree with 6 years of experience; co-ops/internships count.
• Familiarity with automated testing, test results analysis, containerized deployments, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Familiarity with AGILE software development processes.
• Understanding software architecture design.
• Experience with Git and source control systems.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and work with containerized autonomy services.
• Design software test fixtures and interface control documents.
• Apply industry best practices for software testing.
• Develop and execute integration test plans and test cases.
• Document test results for government and contractor stakeholders.
• Some travel may be required.
