Job summary

May Mobility is seeking robotics engineers to advance integration testing for autonomous shuttle technology. You will coordinate software deliveries across teams and own end-to-end integration, from simulation to on-vehicle validation, ensuring robust, scalable autonomy software.

You’ll design automated test pipelines, analyze performance, and align subsystem interfaces with perception, planning, and controls teams to minimize risk during deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, CS, CS/CE or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of industry experience on real-world autonomous vehicle or robotic systems.
• Experience with system-level integration testing including simulation and hardware-in-the-loop or on-vehicle validation.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks.
• Familiarity with git-based workflows including branch management and merge requests.
• Expertise with Linux-based software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration testing across the autonomy stack and manage end-to-end delivery coordination.
• Maintain a clean integration branch, manage merge requests, and ensure branch hygiene.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test pipelines and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Execute simulation-based testing campaigns validating system behavior across scenarios.
• Plan and conduct on-vehicle tests translating findings into development feedback.
• Develop and track KPIs and reports on system health for engineering teams.
• Diagnose integration failures and coordinate root-cause analysis with teams.
• Contribute features and bug fixes to unblock integration and testing.
• Collaborate with perception, planning, and controls teams on interfaces and delivery timing.
