The role emphasizes ownership of requirements, testing strategies, and coordination across multiple teams to deliver reliable customer-ready autonomy solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, decomposing, and managing system requirements and validation plans across multi-team environments.
• Ability to connect software, hardware, sensors, and workflows into scalable system solutions.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and testing methodologies.
• Experience designing or integrating autonomy middleware and machine-control interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define, decompose, and manage system-level requirements and interfaces across complex safety programs.
