Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in one of the platform areas — autonomy sensors, AV compute, motion control, pose/localization, or end-to-end latency.
• Hands-on experience in systems engineering.
• Ability to read C++ and write Python/MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level requirements definition, architecture design, integration strategy, and validation for autonomy subsystems.
• Characterize and quantify system performance with data-backed targets and acceptance criteria.
• Define test coverage and validation plans across simulation, SIL/HIL, and on-road evaluations.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and external vendors on interfaces and verification methods.
• Analyze test data to confirm requirements and drive root-cause resolution across cross-functional teams.
