Job summary

Komatsu's North American Digital Office in Chicago is seeking an Autonomy Manager, Construction to lead adoption of autonomy solutions across the NA market. The role focuses on expanding autonomy technologies in customer job sites, coordinating with dealers, partners, and internal teams, and delivering measurable value.

The Chicago-based position requires travel up to 30% and will collaborate with end-use customers, dealers, and partners. This role reports to the Director, Customer Solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (2+ yrs) in vehicle autonomous/automation technologies development or deployment.
• Understanding of construction/mining customer operations and pain points.
• University degree in engineering/construction/mining or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology partners and Komatsu teams to release new autonomy offerings in the NA off-highway market.
• Develop market introduction strategies and roadmaps to expand autonomy in customer jobsite operations.
• Lead a growing team of experts to expand Komatsu’s leadership in autonomous vehicle solutions.
• Drive adoption of autonomy solutions, engage dealers and region teams to accelerate deployments.
• Establish KPI tracking, scheduling, and onboarding to ensure successful deployments and value extraction.
