You will have 1:1 patient care, AI-supported documentation, and a structured growth path with leadership access. The compensation ranges $80,000–$100,000 per year, with a comprehensive package.

Locations include Greater Boston area including Quincy, MA, with 12 clinics and opportunities for specialization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team and practice thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care.
• Practice at the top of the license with PT-led clinical decisions.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development activities.
