Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics/ops or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with data products, operational workflows, or AV-related systems.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical rigor with data-driven insights.
• Experience collaborating across teams with differing priorities.
• Comfort balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Willingness to ask hard questions and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the data product that supports simulation and test issue management.
• Maintain and evolve issue categories for consistent interpretation.
• Identify gaps, refine issue definitions, and standardize taxonomy.
• Create metrics, dashboards, and analyses to surface trends.
• Contribute to adjacent data products and pilot initiatives.
• Drive opportunities to scale simulation/test issue workflows.
