Fox Rehabilitation in Round Rock, TX is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in patients' homes or senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy while building lasting relationships with patients and families.

The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and optional telehealth components as part of our Geriatric House Calls model, with collaboration among PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists to support

Competenze

• Valid OT license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one Occupational Therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
