Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency with Electrical CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Strong background in system architecture design and high-speed digital or power electronics.
• Experience driving hardware projects from concept through validation in fast-paced R&D.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on exploring hardware proposals, capture purpose and requirements for PoC designs.
• Find sponsors and present cases for funding infrastructure hardware supporting autonomy goals.
• Own the System Level Design, including component selection and schematic/layout.
• Engage SW, Mechanical, and Thermal teams for cross-functional delivery.
• Lead bring-up, debug, and delivery of PoC systems to consumer teams for evaluation.
