Job summary

Latitude AI LLC is hiring a Bench Technician Associate to support installation, upgrade, and engineering change requirements for components including hardware and software. You will perform advanced diagnostic and triage support for daily bench fleet operations and contribute to end-of-line commissioning across sites.

This 12-month contract role requires hands-on wiring work, collaboration with internal and external teams, and strong attention to safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Able to create, modify, and install wiring systems and harnesses.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Travel up to 20% for trainings and meetings.
• Experience in a professional work environment emphasizing safety and procedures.
• Strong interest in technology and software and the ability to adapt to evolving developments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with cross-functioning teams on advanced architecture, sensor and compute control systems.
• Follow provided work instructions from papers, schematics, prints and cut sheets.
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics using hand tools.
• Validate signal path and network functionality across sites and platforms.
• Work individually or in small teams to complete triage and engineering tasks.
• Document configuration management and bench health using systems and tools.
• Track inventory of project parts and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
